承蒙各位捧场,本大妈特别荣幸,要说这方子吗?说容易也容易,说难也不太难,让我喝点普洱茶,慢慢听我道来。
上好无骨的牛肉2磅,最好是牛里脊,放锅里煮20-30分钟,然后拿出来放凉,切成食指大小和粗细的条,然后炒锅里多放点油,中小火炒不停的翻炒切好的牛肉10分钟,加白糖4-5勺,翻炒几下,再放生抽2-3大勺,1-2勺盐,翻炒几下,放1勺料酒和切好的姜丝(姜丝可多些,主要是去腥)翻炒几下,放一点老抽,翻炒几下,10分钟之后,加干辣椒碎2勺(喜欢辣的可酌情增加,不喜欢辣的可酌情减少,)快速翻炒几下,我还加了一把韩国的辣椒面,为了颜色好看,关火,加白芝麻,十三香,花椒面,孜然粉,搅拌均匀,盛出即可。
好吃就一个字,真是唇齿留香,吃一片想两片,快来试试吧,零失败配方,你还在等什么。
PS:小朋友不吃辣的,可以不放辣椒,喜欢咖喱的可以做成咖喱牛肉干,不喜欢的也可以做成五香牛肉干,步骤都一样,味道可以自己掌握。我这次做的,肉不是很干,追求干的,可以多煮会,或者多炒会,糖一定不能少,出味就靠它了。

你说的也对,是用炒得方式做牛肉干,记得好久以前,我烤过牛肉干,味道差不多,这样做很简单,油其实不用放太多,我来上一张照片,大家看吧,也许能把你的馋虫勾出来,呵呵!
